The WeAreProject ecosystem of companies at the service of companies’ technological development and competitiveness.

Created by the parent company Project Informatica, the WeAreProject innovation hub has grown progressively over the years, covering the whole country and gradually integrating new services and solutions through company acquisitions, forming a true network of competences.

1990

Project Informatica is founded in Bergamo.

2000

Project Informatica reaches a turnover of €30 million and creates partnerships with major ICT vendors.

2005

Project Informatica inaugurates a new futuristic headquarter in Stezzano (BG) and grows with territorial and technological acquisitions.

2016

The Group has a turnover of €200 million. Ates Informatica, Personal Data, Project Adriatica, Monclick (sold in 2017), and Venticento (sold in 2021) have been acquired.

2020

H.I.G. Capital invests in Project Informatica, marking a milestone for the company’s future development.

Project Informatica acquires a share of Techlit.

2021

Project Informatica acquires Centro Computer and SCM – Techlit SCM is born.

The Group expands its cloud services by acquiring Sinthera.

2022

With the acquisition of 3P Technologies, Project continues to consolidate its audio, video and multimedia competencies, already covered by Techlit SCM.

In addition, the Group expands its strategic services in the Open Source and the Public Administration worlds by acquiring Extraordy and Converge.

2023

Fasternet joins the WeAreProject ecosystem
