Our commitment to the environment, society and a sustainable future

Aware of the impact of its business activities on the environment, WeAreProject is actively committed to promoting corporate social responsibility in order to embed the virtuous social, environmental and governance practices that underpin sustainable growth.

The Group embarked on this journey with the annual publication of the Sustainability Reporting, with the aim of sharing its ongoing projects and investments in the environment, communities and individuals. Our aim is to create a healthy, sustainable and future-oriented environment that respects the well-being of those who live in it.

Community

We are committed to promoting Corporate Social Responsibility and gender equality, aiming to implement virtuous practices that can underpin sustainable value growth.

We engage in free computer training activities, aimed at making the knowledge of the topics addressed by the company accessible to all individuals in need.

Environment

We actively contribute to the fight against climate change – with solar panels, waste separation with active community involvement, and structural improvements to maximise the energy efficiency of the company’s premises. We also pay particular attention to compliance with specific environmental standards in the supplier qualification process.

People

We consider our people to be the most important asset of the business, influencing the ability to achieve our goals more than any other factor. We organise initiatives to improve employee engagement and work-life balance.
